Chicken roast


Chicken roast is lashari and Qabli special dish which is popular in Pakistan and India.
Ingredients:
Eight Chicken piece
salt for taste

Two table spoon Ginger
Two table spoon Garlic

One cup Yogurt
Three table spoon Soy sauce


Half table spoon Black pepper
Half table spoon Red chilli powder
Two table spoon of Lemon juice

One table spoon Cumin powder
One table spoon Corriander powder

1/3 Cup of Cooking Oil

Methods:
All thing mix without chicken, lemon and oil. When all thing is mix then boiled cook for 20 minute. After twenty minute add cooking oil and other things in soups and again cook for 30 minute. Sprinkle lemon juice and serve with Dew and Nans.

Shami Kebabs


Shami Kebabs is very popular dish in Asia, Its very flavorful with lemon and nans.   
Ingredients:

1/2 kg minced meat
two Eggs
One long piece Ginger
Six Pepper corns (Black pepper)
1 tsp Cumin Seed
four Cardamoms
One long piece Cinnamon
one or two chopped Onion
Five Green Chilly chopped
8 pods Garlic
Four Red Chilies
Cooking Oil

Methods
Mix the  meat, onions and egg into the water. When properly mixed, then add other things into the paste. Then they create role and cook them in butter.

Achar Gosht


Achar Gosht is very Flavored dishes which most popular in Pakistan, India and Bangladesh.
Ingredients:
Beef 1000 gm
Oil 8 tsp
Yogurt 8 big spoon
Three Tomatoes chopped
three Onion chopped
Garlic crushed 1 1/2 tsp
Ginger crushed 1 1/2 tsp
Ten Green Chilies
Lemon Juice 2 tsp
Chili powder  1 tsp
Chili cutter 1 tsp
Salt as  your wish
Methidana whole 1 tsp
Mustard whole 1 tsp
Fennel whole 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp


Method:

In first mix all powder and whole spices together , take 2-3 teaspoon of this masala mix and add lemon juice to make a paste.
Green chilies along one side and fill this masala paste to them. Keep aside.
Now in a pan fry onion in oil till golden brown. Add tomatoes, garlic , ginger, yoghurt and remaining masala mixture to it and fry for five to ten minutes.
Add beef and fry for another five minutes.
Now add 2 glass of water and cook on medium flame till beef are tender.
Evaporate remaining water on high flame till oil separates out.
Now add Masala filled green chillies and simmer for ten minutes.
Now Achar Gosht is ready
